Pedagogical leader responsible for effective organisation and supervision of the IB Diploma Programme; Improve the quality of teaching and learning across the programme and support key values and principles of an IB education through developing and offering key deliverable for teachers, students and other stakeholders. Develop and promote ways to liaise and network with other schools and institutions to set up links for IBDP teachers and students. Promote appropriate parent and community awareness on IB programme Organize and supervise the recruitment of teachers and students Reports to the School principal.
